Hotel Mezni Louka, founded in 1892 by Prince Edmund von Clary-Aldringen, offers a charming stay in the heart of Bohemian Switzerland. The location is ideal for exploring the natural wonders of the National Park, including the Pravčická Brána, the biggest natural rock bridge in Europe. My companions and I were delighted by the comfortable and modern rooms, perfect for resting after a day of hiking through the picturesque surroundings. The hotel's restaurant serves tasty Czech cuisine with a touch of home-cooked goodness that we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff's warm hospitality added to the overall pleasant experience. Despite the lack of shops in Mezni Louka, the hotel's convenient parking, free for guests, and proximity to major hiking trails like the gorges and the Shepherd's Wall make it an excellent base for outdoor adventures. The cleanliness, quality of food, and friendly service are truly commendable. A place where comfort meets tradition, and where one can truly appreciate the spirit of exploration fostered by pioneers like Prince Clary-Aldringen.
